How much does it cost to trade?
Pricing information can be found by selecting your chosen event or market on our website. Each event has its own dedicated page with details on pitch fees, requirements and how to apply.
What is included in the price?
Our stall fees include a fully equipped LSD pop-up canopy with a table and coverings, providing a clean and professional setup for your business. During the winter months, lighting is also provided for our stalls. In addition to the physical setup, you'll benefit from our marketing and promotional support to help attract visitors, customer service support before and during the event, and operational support from our experienced team to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
How far in advance should I apply for an event?
We recommend applying as soon as possible. Our events attract a high volume of applications and spaces can become limited.
I have completed my membership contract, do I need to wait for confirmation before applying for an event or market?
No. Once you have submitted your membership contract, you do not need to wait for confirmation before applying for an event or market. You can start applying straight away, and our Customer service team will be in touch if any further information is needed.
Do you provide gazebos, or do I need my own?
Yes, we provide LSD Promotions canopies at our markets and events, our canopies are available in 3mx3m or 3mx2m sizes. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own gazebo. When completing your application, you can select which option you require. If you are bringing your own unit, a photograph will need to be uploaded as part of your membership contract.
Do I need to trade the full duration of the event?
Yes, traders are required to trade for the full duration of the event. This is outlined in our terms and conditions, which all traders agree to when applying.
